EKA Build specializes in building $550k-$2.5+M custom homes and builds throughout the Northeast Ohio area. We currently build around 5 custom homes each year, and we can build on one of our lots or build on yours.

Edward Kisiel, PE is an engineer who is passionate about the ins and outs of construction and design. Edward was born and raised in Strongsville, OH. His career in building homes began at a young age because his dad was a builder. Edward had the opportunity to have hands on experience and learn about the true craft of building a custom home from the ground up. Edward graduated from Strongsville High School and then received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo. He went on to get his Professional Engineering license and has worked on numerous engineering projects in Ohio and throughout the U.S., including the Cleveland Innerbelt Bridge. Even as he worked as an Engineer in the corporate world, he continued to build homes and had a passion for the building science behind construction and the architectural aspect of construction. Edward started building homes with his dad over two decades ago. Then over a decade ago, he took his professional and engineering experience and applied it to building his first home and has continued to do so ever since. His philosophy of excellence to “Do it right. Do it better.” was created from a combination of working with his dad, his education, and his desire to glorify God. In addition, he is constantly educating himself on the building science of homes to improve the quality and efficiency, while also pursuing his passion of architecture and the details of design.

Angelica was born in New Jersey, and she too was born into a family that was in the construction business with her dad being a top finish trim carpenter. Her father, just like Edward’s dad, was an entrepreneur and had a successful carpentry business. Angelica grew up going to the jobsites and eventually ended up assisting her dad in the office with the business side of things. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Geneva College in western PA, and then received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tampa.

Edward and Angelica are both passionate about building homes the right way and cannot imagine any other life’s work because they feel called to it. EKA Build was founded with a desire to glorify God and in that respect we strive to provide our customers with “quality you trust”. The company was created with a heavy emphasis on quality and to provide exquisite designs to the Ohio building industry. Edward and Angelica live in Strongsville, OH with their three kids, Edward III, Alexis and Elijah.
